We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.  We use RM48 which is a tracked service

Delivery within the UK is FREE on orders over £50!

UK Shipping Rates for orders below £50 is £3.50

RETURN POLICY

Please see a bullet pointed list of our refund policy:

- You have 30 days to return your order to us for a full refund including shipping.

- If you are a UK customer, the return cost is £3.50. A Royal Mail return link will be provided after an email to Souldandsensestreetwear@hotmail.com is received and this amount will be deducted from your total refund.

- The item(s) must be unworn..

- The item(s) must be returned with the original tags attached were applicable.

- The item(s) must be returned in the original boxes where applicable with no labels/shipping labels and/or tape stuck on.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are FREE If you would like to exchange your item,

RETURNS

We charge a fixed fee of £2.99 for any UK returns, which will be deducted from your final refund total.

Once we have processed your returned item(s), you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESS TIME?

We will aim to process your return within 3 working days of receiving the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once approved.

 Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to be returned to your original method of payment.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to provide a cancellation.

HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER STATUS?

After your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with tracking information. This includes the tracking number and link.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be amended after they have been processed.

If your order has not been dispatched, you will have the option to cancel and reorder if you wish.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom

Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders, all orders must be placed via our website or our app.
